Meet The Glow Team

  • Kelley- Yoga Instructor

We craft bespoke homes that are personal and timeless, blending lifestyle with architectural elegance and comfort.

I’ve experienced the healing effects of a consistent yoga practice and feel deeply called to share them with as many people as possible.

Throughout my twenties and thirties, I endured many sleepless nights due to chronic pain. It wasn’t until after my third Bikram Hot Yoga class that I experienced, for the first time in over a decade, a pain-free night and morning. I was hooked.

Now, more than ten years later, I live a largely pain-free life, and yoga has been a transformative part of that journey.

I hold certifications and teaching experience in both Bikram Yoga, the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, and Yin Yoga, and I’ve been teaching since 2018.

I offer clear, concise instruction and am often described as calm and compassionate. My hope is to support others on their own path to wellness, and I look forward to sharing the practice of yoga with you.

    Certifications

I hold certifications in Bikram Yoga as well Yin Yoga.

    Hot Hatha Yoga

Bikram is a structured hot yoga practice featuring 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mental focus.

    Yin Yoga

is a slow, meditative practice using longer-held passive postures to target deep connective tissues, improve mobility, and encourage stillness, release, and nervous system regulation.

  • Brittany- Pilates Instructor

I discovered Pilates in 2024, when I was looking to relieve stress and reconnect with my body. With a background in competitive gymnastics, I was drawn to the intention behind each movement and the impact pilates has on both physical and emotional well-being.

I received my Certified Pilates Mat Teacher Diploma through  Body Harmonics in 2024. My teaching is rooted in a biomechanics-informed, evidence-based approach, with a focus on functional movement- building strength, mobility, and balance that supports you in everyday life. I believe movement heals, and I love witnessing how consistent, mindful practice creates lasting change.

In my classes, expect a calm, welcoming space with thoughtful cueing and intentional flow. We'll build deep, functional strength that leaves you feeling grounded, supported, and refreshed
