Pilates Sculpt
A mat-based class that blends traditional Pilates with strength training for a full-body challenge. Working your “powerhouse” while improving posture, flexibility, stability and balance. Expect controlled, mindful movement that targets your core and tones from head to toe, leaving you feeling strong and sculpted.
Pilates Presence
A slow, low impact intentional class rooted in the classical pilates method. Focused on alignment, breath, and deep core connection. Our pilates presence focuses it's emphasis on control, precision, and posture. Ideal for all levels, espeically clients seeking to feel more connected to their body.
Restore + Lengthen
Our restorative, stretch-focused pilates class is designed to release tension, improve mobility, and gently reconnect to the body. Our class is slower-paced, focusing on deep stretching and breathwork. Ideal for recovery days focusing on lengthening, mobility, and slowing things down.
Slow Flow
Move slowly and mindfully through a series of Hatha-inspired postures. Our slow flow is a calming, mindful movment practice that moves at a gentle pace, linking breath with fluid movement. Slow flow encourages relaxation, release tension, improve flexibility, and helps you reconnect with your body.
Restorative Yoga
